  • The increasing costs associated with drug development present a strong case for the use of translational medicine techniques in improving patient stratification. As such, the need to identify biomarkers to enhance patient stratification models is increasingly coming into focus. Although the high-throughput experiments associated with such techniques aid us in selecting the most appropriate ‘Biomarkers’, the selection itself can be overshadowed by the amount and diversity in data that is produced.

In this webinar, we will show you how the advent of highly interactive visualisation tools can accelerate data exploration and reveal information easily missed using conventional means. We will use TIBCO Spotfire® visual analytics to demonstrate how different data can be analyzed to help identify interesting features and potential biomarkers in a retrospective analysis of Clinical trial data.
