In this webinar, we will demonstrate techniques for building a library of sesquiterpenes as an example of a combinatorial library. We’ll demonstrate enumeration of both commercially-available and never-made-before compounds, for analysis in ChemDraw/Excel and ChemFinder.
The specifics include:
- Build a compound library from ChemACX, for available substances.
- Build a combinatorial library from ChemDraw’s Generic Structure, for never-made-before structures.
- Include the following categories for Markush enumeration and chemical search: Acyclics, Monocyclics, Bicyclics, Cyclic Alcohols, & Cadinenes.
- For each category, create an SDFile from ChemDraw and ACX.
- Merge them all into both ChemFinder and CD/Excel
- Show search, sort, export, and R-Group analysis in both
- Compare CombiChem/Excel with all of the above.
