  • ChemBio3D can import PDB structures directly by PDB ID from the Brookhaven National Laboratory Protein Databank.

    This video demonstrates:

    • How to import a PDB structure, by PDB ID "3gsh" from the Brookhaven National Laboratory Protein Databank.
    • How to view the downloaded PDB structures using Chem3D's Model Explorer.
    • PDB structures can be imported when downloaded from any source. They can be automatically imported by PDB ID just from the Brookhaven source.
