  • ChemACX, our compendium of vendor chemical catalogs, can be searched for custom biologicals, and can be used as a data source for our other software. This video demonstrates ChemACX search methodology for biologicals, including customizations:

    • Refining ChemACX searches to locate a pair of amino acids in any order.
    • Details of ChemACX nomenclature for searching and for ChemDraw lookup.
    • Use of ChemACX synonyms in ChemDraw’s ChemBioFinder HotLink.
    • Searching for non-standard amino acids and defining your own.
    • Converting biological nomenclature to structures and to chemical nomenclature.
    • Marking lists of ChemACX results and exporting those lists.
    • Using exported SDfiles from ChemACX in ChemBioFinder.
    • Using ChemACX peptide sequences in ChemBio3D.
